 Please note that the dates that are shown in blue indicate planned runway irrigation days. The 45 Ranch is still open on these days, but we request that pilots call or text Bob Hendricks, the 45 Ranch onsite caretaker, at (541) 212-6582 between 12-24 hours in advance of arrival on the days runway irrigation is planned so that sprinklers can be moved (if necessary) for arrivals.

 The Circa 1910 Stone Cabin at the 45 Ranch is not open for rental to the general public; you must be a JRBAF member to rent this property. A signed vacation lease agreement will be emailed to you and is required to be e-signed prior to your stay.

 The rental rate is a flat $150 per night for groups of up to 2 people, with a 2-night minimum stay. There is a refundable $300 damage deposit required in advance of your stay. The rental fee is refundable (less any Zeffy donation) with two weeks advance notice. The rental fee is nonrefundable for cancellations within two weeks of your stay. Pets are allowed with an additional $250 pet damage deposit (refundable) and an additional $100 pet cleaning fee.
